GB2 ADVANCED
Our GB2 Advanced BJJ classes focus on high level techniques and drills to shape and develop our students game, speed, reflexes and reaction time to help us transition from different positions and submissions. This is also developed through “ROLLING”, where we put our technical knowledge to test live in practice in a safe and enjoyable way.
